1. No Returns or Refunds (General Orders)
Currently, we do not accept returns or process refunds for products once purchased, except in cases of damage or defects (see below).
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective saree:
- You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of damage (such as photos or videos) must be shared with our support team.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund.
3. Conditions for Returns/Refunds
- Saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns are not applicable for customized sarees (e.g., blouse stitching, fall & pico).
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during clearance sales, festive discounts, or promotional offers.
- Sarees altered/customized on request.
